All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service. All parcels are insured and scanned through Royal Mails network. Some Deerhunter and Hoggs of fife orders are sent directly from the Deerhunter/Hoggs of Fife warehouse and delivered through DHL - Therefore these items will arrive separately to items you may have ordered from another brand (Jack Pyke, Sporting Saint etc).

As soon as your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email, you will also receive a further notification email once your order has been despatched.

If you are out when Hermes/Royal Mail/DHL attempt to deliver, a card will be left with information on how to have the parcel re-delivered, or collected from your local Post Office.
