Returns / Exchanges 

At DLB Fieldsports, we make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from our website. Please see below for more information on our return/exchange policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE PAPERLESS PROCESS:

To return an item, please complete the following:

 

1. Fill out the ‘Returns/Exchange' slip (which is within your order)

2. Place the item securely in its original packaging

3. Mail your item/s to the below address:

(All returned items must not be worn or damaged in any way. Items should have all labels attached and be in the original packaging). You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return).

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5-10 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. (Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company). We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Q & A's

Who covers the cost of returning my items?

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. (We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return). For items that are damaged or faulty please follow the returns procedure and a replacement will be sent free of charge or a full refund given once we have the faulty / damaged item back).

How do I know that my return has been processed?

We will send an email notification to confirm when the refund has been processed. (Please check your Junk and clutter folders as often this email can go into these folders).

How long will it take for my account to be credited?

Please note that card payments, although processed on the day of return, it can take at least 5-10 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. (Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company). We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

How do I exchange an item?

Please complete the 'Refund/Exchange slip which is included within your order. We will need to know the product name, size, colour and quantity required and follow the returns process as stated above. Where the size is available we will send your exchange the day your return arrives. Where the item is out of stock we will contact you and offer an alternative or refund.
